Technical project execution

Project management for investment, construction and conversion projects, from the concept phase to commissioning. Technical, not generic PM. From an industrial engineer with experience in industry and at the authority.

What project execution means when I do it

Four building blocks that run in every technical project; with me they are hands-on, without PM folklore. I deliver tools, not certificates.

  1. Project goals & framework conditions

    Formulating clear goals (technical, economic, time-related), structuring the framework conditions, involving stakeholders. The foundation that has to be laid at the start, otherwise the project runs away from you.

  2. Planning & control

    Work packages, milestones, schedule and budget: as detailed as necessary, as lean as possible. No PM show, but control that is actually useful in day-to-day project work.

  3. Interface management

    Mediating between engineering, purchasing, IT, authorities, suppliers and production. One voice to the outside that understands both the technical language and the commercial constraints.

  4. Controlling & documentation

    Progress reports without buzzword overhead, traceable to-do lists, a clean project file, so that at acceptance nobody is left wondering what was decided and why.
